Full Time: Performs administrative and technical engineering work including design, estimating, bid preparation, plan review, and construction inspection. Serves on Board of Sewer Commissioners and is point of contact with technical consultants and administrator of consultant contracts. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, seven years’ experience in road design, road construction, project management, and civil engineering and a minimum of three years’ experience preferred in the planning, design and/or management of wastewater systems with a strong wastewater engineering/environmental sciences training or background. Job #2 – Scheduler – Mid Cape
Full Time: Must be willing to learn our proprietary management system, products and procedures, and clientele to ensure communication and installation of our products. Will be required to interact with customers, installers, and salespeople to assist with that installation in customer homes. This interaction occurs in our showrooms, warehouse, or over the phone. Able to respond and exchange ideas clearly and effectively through writing, speaking, and presentations; shares appropriate information to keep people informed. Will need to devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly. Salary range is $35,000 to $39,000 annually with benefits.
Job #3 – Service Technician – Cape Wide
Full Time: Experienced with residential HVAC service and installation. Excellent mechanical skills, total familiarity with Cape Cod, an excellent driving record, ability to lift heavy equipment, and able to cover night and weekend service required. Must have your own basic tools and other specific tools but efficiency testers, pipe threaders, pipe cutters, dollies, stair climbers, etc. will be provided. Oil burner technician certification, journeyman or master plumber, or gas fitter, A/C certifications and continued education in all fields including Mitsubishi split systems, and Rinnai products. 5 years minimum experience in the HVAC field and ability to use a laptop, tablet or smartphone, for servicing equipment requiring code identification, manufacturer service codes, etc. Salary range is $52,000 to $67,000 annually with full benefits.
